Cost Effective Way to Lower the S2000
swift springs or eibach pro-kit (springs) on stock shocks. They're both progressive springs, and from my experience with the eibach's it feels pretty good even on stock shocks (I tested it on the track)

Your sig is absolutely brilliant.
On Topic: Eibach Springs would be the most cost effective.

Yeah, that's why I said most cost affective way with out hurting the handling

But yeah, there are better ways to do it. None that are quite as free, though....

Tein S-Tech's all the way w/ stock shocks.
Not as low a drop as you described (about 1") but ride and handling are like stock and on 18's you will look sick. Here's mine on stock 17's pc'd. BTW - tein S.Techs are about $150 shipped and an alignment will be about $60to $80. And make sure you do align it.
