nobody responds to my tire forum posts, so i'm posting an idea here.

could it be that the reason the S03's aren't grippy enough, and flex too much on the stock rims is that there's TOO MUCH sidewall? might they be stiffer on a set of 18'' rims?

i dont know a heck of a lot about tires, but it would seem like a tire with higher sidewalls would have more room to flex, amplified by a softer sidewall. could a smaller sidewall, on a set of 18s, counter these effects?
