You mean negative camber.
I'd recommend sticking with stock camber settings for street driving because you won't be cornering hard enough for the increased camber to be effective, so all you'll accomplish is wearing out the inside of the tires a bit more quickly.
My feeling is that the OEM AP2 front tires are way, way, way undersized for the car. Going from OEM 215/245 to aftermarket 225/255 was a HUGE improvement in cornering balance for me. Given that, my feeling is that with the increased front-end grip of non-OEM tires, going with the slightly more rear toe in of the CR spec would be beneficial for corning stability, at the cost of some tire longevity. Worth it for street driving, IMO. (But again as above, your particular tires and such would effect this greatly.)

I just go my car aligned with UK specs and man the car feels tight on the twisties. One thing i notice is now i feel more road vibrations then before the alignment, is this due to the increase caster?
Sorry to bring a dead post back to life, didn't realize until after.

I need an alignment soon as well and am looking for a compromise between handling and tire wear. Any suggestions? The car id my DD and i probably put 30k miles on a year, but also take it to the some fun stuff at least once a month.
If you want decent tire wear do not have any toe on the front. I used Gendron's specs that came with the bar, but the toe really ate up my front tires very quickly. I re-aligned with 0 toe on the front and tire wear went down significantly.
I've been running the UK alignment spec's for 2 1/2 years. I running Hankook R-S2's in 205 F, 245 R x 16"s. Essentially all 4 tires wore out together. The fronts suffered inner shoulder wear (too much toe?), the rears were dead flat (uniform wear) across the entire surface. This is a daily driver, with about 10k/year on summers (snows in the winter), so I'm guessing I got about 20k of mileage.
I really like the UK setup for cornering and will continue to use this indefinitely.
