It may depending on the rear mounting points of the cage. The tower bar has a bar that goes toward the cab and mounts to the bottom of the oem roll bars.

If you are removing the OE roll bars for the cage it will need some fabrication to make it fit unless the rear section is in the same location as OE which I dont think it is.
