I drove to Nashville this week from Jackosnville, Fl and got 31.96. Lots of cruise control and work zones in Georgia.

Suprisingly, its only about 1 or 2 vtecs. About 70% of my driving is highway and I still get around 20-21mpg. Thought it was normal till I hear about you people getting +30

the second half of the tank (on the fuel bars) goes faster.

i have a mY00 and went like 50miles before the first bar went away.

How would this happen? And wouldnt you just go off of what the receipt says? Thats what I do, and with mostly hwy driving I see 34mpg avg. But I only go 60-65. Also I thought it was proven that cruise control is kess economical than right foot control
i meant the "full" sensor. happens all the time to me. pump clicks to the "full" handle position, but if you pull the trigger, you can keep putting gas in the car.
