Crunchy gears
It's quite normal for your car to feel somewhat "notchy". On cold days, it can be even worse.
If you are unsettled by it, change your transmission fluid to New Honda MTF, for peace of mind.
"Crunchy" on the other hand, may be a different story.

mine was like that when I bought it two months ago. Here is what I've done to eliminate my problem:
Changed tranny fluid to new Honda MTF. Lubricated the shifter as per the TSB. Adjusted the clutch rod a bit longer to assist with the timing of my shift/clutch engagement point. The tranny now shifts as good as new.
I also swapped the clutch fluid and lubricated the slave cylinder, these weren't affecting the shifting but it is good maintenance to do on a used S2K.

ive had mine for about 7 months now, and mine has started to do some funny things, and i've found the clutch master cylinder is slightly leaking, so mine will be getting replaced soon, along with the tranny fluid.. which everyone here recommends
don't know if this will help but here it goes : https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=275203

When the car is cold, try taking your time to shift between gears, it might help a little.
