Thumbs up CT Citizen Looking for S2000

Hello, I am new to these boards, although I have been reading them for over a year now. I just graduated college and I am looking to buy a Laguna Blue or Grand Prix White S2000 in CT. I was wondering if anybody knows whether or not I could bargain with a dealer to bring the price down to $30k for a brand new S2K. I have $15k I can throw as a downpayment. I went to Manchester Honda but they said ALL of their car prices are non-negotiable. I think that's bs , but IDK. Anyone in the CT area or even elsewhere know if it is possible to get a new S2K for $30k even + taxes?

$30k is typical for a new S2000. There's no reason to pay MSRP, keep shopping. Personally I prefer to negotiate via the Internet rather than visit a bunch of dealers, but that's me.

go to edmunds dot com and you can request a quote from multiple local dealers. that would be a good place to start

Cheaper to buy at another dealer, fly there, and road trip back.

Don't forget to keep some money aside for insurance and tires.
