Weight reduction, the ultimate performance mod.
Thats why I just lost 20 pounds. Here I thought it was from my Gall Bladder surgery/removal.

In reality I was just doing performance mods for the car. Nice!!

LOL, I use to weigh a little over 200 lbs., but now I'm down to 152, and believe me, there has been a very real "performance improvement."

I find that when I let my wife out of the car, it performs a lot better. I'm guessing her weight + her attitude weighs approximately 500lbs!

Four bolts. Pretty easy to remove. Pretty heavy (but I never weighed one).
I recently pulled out both seats to put sound deadener down.

Seats are between 20-50 pounds.

I'd guess ~35 pounds?

Weighed mine at Roebling Road, 2755 lbs with 1/2 tank of gas. What was even more amazing was that each wheel was near 688 lbs, give or take 3-4 lbs.

However, when you add the drive the weight does shift slightly to one side. Seems like Honda should have put the gas tank on the passenger side instead of the drivers side in order to help balance the car out left to right.
