Glad to hear they took care of it. You should still take your car there in the future. They know now that you wont be a push over, but that doesn't mean they can't still make money from you by providing you with professional service!
As for the alignment someone else will be able to get it right. Mine was out after an accident and the local Honda dealer couldn't get it right. A trip to another dealer and they had it fixed easily.
