I bet he'd trade a $450 fine for his spin/wreck.
By the way, I'm planning to add fuel stabilizer today too. Does it adversely affect occasional driving in the winter?

Your right Howard, They really stuck it to you that day. I was just mad. In retrospect it was pretty light.
As far as I know you can drive with fuel stabilizer all year long if you want. All it really does is prevent gas from breaking down and turining in to varnish.
