i dont think its due to any cleaning product since i make sure only a raged that was dipped in water ever touches my dashboards, i dont use any cleaners or oils on it. although it is possible that some cleaners may contribute to the bubbling.

Your S2000 looks to have a social disease (dash warts ) get it in soon for treatment or it will spread and get worse
Good luck

No problems at all with my 06 after 8 months and 4200 miles.

I'm continually looking for these bubbles to "pop-up'" but nothing so far.
Seems to be intermittant like the "key always in the ignition" problem (which I have) but most don't.
Minor irritation for me and don't plan to do anything about it at this time.
If I had the bubbles problem, I'd mention it to the service manager at the first scheduled service then wait until the next scheduled service and have the dash replaced.
This gives the service department enough time to replace other peoples dash's and gather experience on exact procedures and Honda to recall or repair existing dash's and replacements..
The "key in the ignition problem" is almost a user error type thing. It is happening because you took the key out at a weird angle and the little latch didn't close. Just put the key back in and pull it out in a quick snap motion.

This is not an issue.

Im not going to take mine in unless it starts to look like a pimply 13 yr old kid. Mine is worst than the pic posted but I can live with it for now. I'd rather not have my new 06 hacked up at the dealer. Dash replacements are pretty hard.

Same problem here with my MY06. A couple months ago, I took in for service and had the dealership look at it. Dealership ordered me a new dash, it arrived in a couple days, installation took a few hours. Everything seems fine right now.

FYI - This is Norm Reeves in Huntington Beach. Someone else on this thread took their car there too. So, I'm assuming they have done at least 2 S2000 dash replacements.
