The 20w bulbs are stock (turn signals = 20w, parking lights = 5w). You can wire it so that the 20w bulbs are ON all the time, but will probably just get overpowered by the head lights. Go out at night and turn on the hazards while the headlights are on.

I usually drive with my headlights on night and day, with the dash lights always on the brightest setting. I think it's a neat feeling when you know that SUV and truck drivers can see the tach varying as you change gears, and can read out your speed in digital as you zip by them. Even better at night.

Mindcore is correct. Made-for-Canada S2k also have larger windshield washer fluid tank, we need to wash a lot, eh..so buy Canadian, our $ is poorer too. Local Honda dealer said they are not allowed to sell to you yanks, what a shame...

Anybody know how to do the Canadian running lights on US cars? Would be great IMHO for all you Silvers out there!

For those driving with parking lights on, you might be careful, it is illegal in some parts of the US to drive with your parking lights on during the day. I doubt it's enforced, but it has to do with making the brake lights harder to see on cars that have shared tail/brake lights. Probably better to rewire your headlights as daytime running lights.

Incase the US dealers don't have the info on the CDN parts, I will ask tommorow as well. If its cheap and easy I could arrange to have it shipped for you.

I was looking at the Helms manual, and it looks like the wiring harnesses to the light assemblies are different for daytime running light equipped cars and non-equipped cars, so it may not be as easy as just plugging in the module. You may be able to modify the existing harness, I'll look at that a little harder.

Local US dealer says daytime running light parts are not available at this time. Hope Mindcore has better luck and that Canadian parts can be easily adapted.
