I removed the side badges (just tape) and left the H's

You can always buy new side decals and slap them on last minute if need be. Leaving holes or filling them in front/rear is a bit more permanent.

those "S" badges lower looks and resale
lowering the "looks" is just your opinion, and I said you could remove them and put the H's back on before selling so resale value wouldn't be affected

debadging and filling the hole cost around $300 each. if you dont like "H" mark, just put the rick's badge on

Dont debadge the front or rear.. The holes suck the tape that holds them on sucks and unless your going to have the holes filled professionally its not going to look any better. Take it from some one who did it and regretted it.

Thanks for the great feedback guys, I think I'm going with the color matched resin H emblems, but I can't find them anywhere, can you please point me in the right direction?

This is all I could find:

Also, is the replacement a trivial pop/replace?

Cheers!

How about buying a extra set of H's, debadge everything, keep it so you can slap it back on to sell, and paint the old set your car color and slap it back on..almost looks debadged, if you do it right it wont look like it got oversprayed on.

My S is Silverstone. As an option on 00 and 01 you could get black chrome H's. They are no longer available - I checked last year. I liked the idea of the Black chrome so I painted my H's black, but that was too much contrast. So the next color was gunmetal so they are slighly darker than the car. I removed the S2000 badges about a year ago. I think the sides look cleaner without the side badges, but that is just me.

Picture of the front of the car.
