My first thought was to buy a beater but I can't afford due to saving for a baby and moving. If I do go through with it I will see it and get to drive it when I'm in town plus I know it will be taken care of. And I could always buy another. Lol

Perform an assessment of your current life situation (present and future), then make your decision from what you gathered. Asking people in forums, that knows nothing about your current and past history will lead you nothing. Because, people in the S2k forums will say "keep the S and get a beater" while they don't even know if you can or can't afford a getting a beater. Lots of people don't understand that a beater car also require gas, insurance and maintenance.
