I'm looking for a product to remove these little dots of black grease that stick to the lower front middle portion of car. I imagine its the tire shine chemical thats coming off in driving and splashing onto the car. It's real resistant to car washes and buffing with a soft cloth doesn't help much either.

Try a little wax or a mild polish.

 

Use Simple Green bug and tar remover pads ($1.99) to remove the spots, then wipe clean with a soft cloth
