Did your car start today?
My car has started every time I've tried, what is wrong with these damn Hondas??? Everything works perfectly. You know, I was promised a car that is going to have transmission problems, etc. Nothing yet, I guess I just have to keep driving and go to work
.
**ckin Honda!!!!!
.**ckin Honda!!!!!
Mine started today and every other day I've tried, in the dead of winter, in the rain, in conditions under which the E-type, TR-3, and other sports cars I've owned wouldn't even turn over. In fact, I've had no problems whatsoever in the time I've owned the car. This is a very reliable machine, which is all the more impressive for a high performance sports car.
Mine started as well and today the odometer turned over 13,000 miles in about 7 months. It's seen speeds well over posted speed limits and has spent alot of time in VTEC. I don't do many hard launches but the car has been put through it's paces and never ceases to amaze me. Aside from the lack of boost, which will soon be remedied, the car is perfect. I'm amazed sometimes, it just seems like people try to find things wrong with this car.
Mine didn't get started today, but as I referenced in a prior thread I had it at the track a week ago for a 45 minute session in which I was thown off the track for driving too fast (black car, remember).
It ran fine, stopped well, shifted properly, looked good and best of all got officially named as "Black Flag" that day.
But for sake of the thread, my 126,500 mile '96 GSR started and ran fine today. Never had a major problem with the car other than the host of wear and tear items that went bad at 80,000 miles (exhaust, clutch, timing belt, tires, brake pads - that was an expensive summer...). This car has been driven very hard every day of its life and still runs like a champ. The trans is getting touchy but I think that might be the clutch.
The S2000 has been stored for up to 5 months and it started after that too.
Man these Honda cars are boring.
