A nice EL white is possible, which is actually the base color of my project. It looks great at night, like the blue, but there is yet another problem specific to EL sheets with white during the daytime. I'll provide more information soon...

Oh well...

The short version:

Taking the whole thing apart
Making an identical text putting it on top of an EL sheet specially shaped for the size
putting a plastic above for protection
wiring everything to the inverter (for driving the EL) wiring the driver to a power source inside the car
putting everything back together
that's it

Wow, never knew there was a way to change your colors, I wonder if Honda would consider this a mod that would void warranty.

 

DJ Qube, any update on when you will have your new version of the dash done i'm getting an 03 S2K very soon and this is the first mod I want done to my car
