Here is the issue guys, Honda has changed what is included with the hardtops. So only the dealer knows for sure. It has to do with the time of purchase of the top. For example, when the MY02 Sebring and Suzkua hit the street, Honda incuded everything you needed to install it with the hardtop. Only the other colors where still an issue. Like wise, the Rio Yellow hardtop is the same. Because of this and the number of kits that Honda has to keep on hand (3) they are again changing what is in the hardtop box.

Their goal was to simplfy it. Maybe when the complete the change over it will be that way, but again only a dealer knows for sure.
