I'm sorry for your troubles, but I think you should calm down. Trying to ruin someone's reputation over 20% of $455 is harsh, not to mention that spamming local boards is forbidden on s2ki.

Now dont take my post as an insult, as I agree that you should get all of your money back, but take a deep breath and calm down. Talk to Drew and make sure everything has been done correctly.

I think he is not upset only about the money...its the way the are doing the people wrong...thats not the way to do business... and I think its great that there's people telling everybody about their situation saves time and money from other members...I hope everything works out good for you man.... tech2

Should he wait till it's 40% or 50% or 90%? Or should we put a set dollar amount before he posts something like this up? Should we make it $500.00? $1000.00? $5000.00, before anyone should speak up?
Sorry, but potential customers need to know this kind of stuff. Sponsor or no sponsor, this stuff should be disclosed, especially in light of the fact that the OP tried all the other avenues to get satisfaction. And to have the phone hung up on him? That's inexcusable.
I consider his post to be a "heads up". Whether or not the company's reputation is ruined, well, this kinda is up to those who read this, huh?

Remember how Mastergrade was a "sponsor"? Maybe people should have made a HUGE stink about them while they were still a sponsor?

Thank you...that was exactly my point, but according to "someone"...I'm spamming and everything's my fault.

Anyhow, a fellow board member is trying to help me out by talking to Drew...so hopefully I can get my full refund back and go on my way.

Well, if you've been posting this all over the forum in multiple threads, then yes, this is considered "spamming". You should have just picked one forum and just did one thread.

I simply wanted to share my experience and give everyone "heads up" on what had happened with this vendor...and I can't believe people are attacking me for this. I never asked anyone to help me get my refund...I just said this was a poor business ethic and definitely not the way to do business especially as a vendor here.

I can't believe how I'm the bad guy here and it's my fault. I guess some people just don't appreciate anything. This board is definitely biased...

I agree with xviper. With the fact that money no matter what the amount should not come into play with customer service. Wether its a dollar or 500 dollars. Thanks for posting this, consider this more of a service to the rest of the community rather than spam. Hope everything works out ryan, being ripped off is one of the worst feelings.

I'm not biased, It's just annoying to see this same thread posted every sub forum I go to...

And also, to say to ban them from s2ki is too much, no buisness ever has had 100% perfect track record.
