heheh...i can't believe this thread is still growing...lol. by the way, i never signed for the package...ups dropped it off by my front door.

also, i had another experience where i ordered a set of black lugs for overnight shipping and the vendor send me the wrong size. i clearly told him i was in a hurry to get them. Well, i call them back and they said they were sorry and told me to either return the item or they can send me the correct size. i opt to just return it. they even offered to pay for shipping to send it back. now this is how it's done.

2 yrs ago, my radiator also arrived with bent brackets. I just bent them straight, installed it and went on my merry way.

That being said, I too am interested to hear Drew's response to this fiasco. Where are u Tech2??

Wow, you won't believe this...after I placed a dispute with the cc company, I just received a new radiator from drew. I would've refused the package but ups must have dropped it off by the door when I was taking my nap...lol. I will call back drew to see what's going on as soon as he comes back from his lunch. At first, I thought I was dreaming about the radiator when I woke up... . I was completely unware of this...
