I'm sorry for your troubles, but I think you should calm down. Trying to ruin someone's reputation over 20% of $455 is harsh, not to mention that spamming local boards is forbidden on s2ki.

Now dont take my post as an insult, as I agree that you should get all of your money back, but take a deep breath and calm down. Talk to Drew and make sure everything has been done correctly.

Ro_Ja Boy- I know you are very active in s2ki community...I'm a very reasonable person and I hate to bring this up in the public forum...but people need to know about this type of vendor. If you read my post...I was extremely nice and patient with them until now...there is no excuse for this type of service period.

No, UPS serves you well within the USA. I'm in Canada and UPS really screws us on brokerage.

Hmmmm....I'm not the one ruining their reputation...they are. Whereas, trying to charge a customer 20% just because they are not getting their full refund via UPS is just shameful.

I shot you a PM. As I stated, you are correct that if they didnt tell you about a charge, they should NOT try charging you. Just breathe and hang tight. Everything will get worked out.

Well mine didn't come with any hardware and they told me it did. I had to rig up some spacers because the brackets were too short . Bastards

Mine never came with anything - no hardware, no hoses, nothing. But they never claimed that these thing came with it. In your case, I guess they felt that they needed to mislead you like they misled me about the UPS shipping just to close the deal. Again .....................
