do you feel pressue to upgrade
If you ask me going from a Honda to any Chevy is a serious DOWNGRADE!
Price,Performance, and Style . It seems the S2k is still in a niche of its own and the only way to upgrade is to lay out some Serious cash.
For me I am keeping mine and if the day comes I can afford a 911 then I would probably still keep my S cause I will get the Carrera 4 so it will be all weather sports car .

Feel pressure to upgrade? Ya. My friends generally drive German-brand cars. Anything from 3-series to 911s. I'm one o the few that stayed with the boy-racer car S2000. But then, I couldn't see myself doing that "upgrade" ... so I kept it. Who cares, it's my car and I'm the one driving it anyway

I love my S, dont care what everyone else things of it. (yea that means you CR haters out there lol)
I don't feel pressure to upgrade from any external sources. However, that doesn't mean that I don't have a desire to drive something better/different. Unfortunately, I'm not in a financial position to really afford most of the cars that I would consider an upgrade.
Please these cars are one of a kind, and with a Good Turbo Application and a good tune, you will be much faster then the Caymen S, that being said you have to do what makes you happy, not what impresses you neighbors/friends........
I don't feel pressure to upgrade, but I sometimes think about just getting something new.
A couple months ago when the weather was crappy and all the pics of the new STi were coming out, I was really getting the bug, but now the sun's starting to show up, so I'll keep it at least for another season.
I do wish that I had spent a little more and got a lower mileage ap1 though. But could I ever sell mine and buy a slightly nicer one? Seems like a waste.

No. I picked this car because:
1. I love it
2. I hate giving people rides
3. I love it
I also have an arrangement with any woman i date. I will NEVER own a practical car, she can own the big vehicle for any family/people hauling. I will always own a coupe (or roadster) preferably with no (or very little) back seat.
