yeah, it seriously becomes a habit. Real street heel toe skills come from being able to moderate the brake pressure at slow speeds (not your typical competition heel-toe where you push the pedal down all the way) that way you don't nose dive your car at 30 mph trying to go from 4th to 3rd.

Yes. After a bit of practice it becomes second nature and just feels right.

i have a narrow feet, so it's easier for me to heel-toe with saddles on because of the wider foot print.

i'm going about 35mph in third....
there's a green lighted right turn coming up...

heel-toe downshift ftw.
it's good practice.

Yeah, I heel/toe as much as i can. FWIW, I've only had my S2000 for a few months. I had to bend the throttle pedal shaft around to get the pedal in a position so heel-and-toe was comfortable and easy. It also helps to tighten up the throttle cable (I have a MY2000) at the throttle body.
