as title stated,

Does the 04+ s2k cluster meter pass the 8k mark? or does the meter just stop rev at 8krpm? i understand that the rev limit/govern is already from the ecm.


im about to do a s2k cluster conversion on my hatch, but with a 04 cluster since thats what i could get my hands on at the moment. Its a jdm itr hatch that is equiped stock rev-limit at 89xxrpm.

any info would happily appreciated , Thanks

the red starts at 8 and flashes past that to 9k

Is that right, thats some great info. ive driven my mans 04 s2k, but i dont recall what happend on the cluster when i pass 8krpm.

oh, i just saw in your sig. your ridding an 04+ s2k and revving 9k on that? how so, went back to the ap1 motor
