Does anyone have the viper alarm with the radar sensor?

got the alarm installed today, however I scratched my seat a little. The installer had a hard time tring to get the door locks to work right since the stook has 3-4 wires for the lock/unlock, similar to the camaros, and also now after the alarm install, I can't use the trunk release inside the box, it worked before, but after the install, doesn't work anymore. Also the honda remotes no longer works. I can pop the trunk with the viper remote, but can't use the trunk release button. Does anybody know if this is an electronic release button that could be related to the factory keyless entry. I think that the whole factory keyless entry is now inactive and since its not active, the trunk release no longer works. Most cars have the "wire" type trunk release, is this the case of the stook also? or is it electronic?

I put in that exact model and setup in my car last summer. And it was an unending pain in the *ss!
It was okay for the first 48hr, then...
It went off at all hours of the day and night, in the sun or in a locked/dark garage! I went back to the installer 3 times, but it never got any better. Then I went to another installer, got a brand new replacement, and it was all the same. All in all I went 2 different installer for about 6 six times. Then I finally had them rip it out and refund my money after 2 months.
Granted it was installed by Circuit city (hence 2 difference locations), it should have still worked since they do sell and install those fairly regularly.

sigh...
