So, suspension is all they did?
and the exterior?

How can they be heavier... they removed the AC, lol...
He said they are heavier than 00-01, each year the S got slightly heavier, the CR's weight is lighter than the current standard S.

I got a honda sales booklet on s2000.

It says, the CR has different front and rear shock, f & r sway bar thicker, quicker steering ratio, alum shift nub, rear wing, front airdam, yellow seat, steering wheels with yellow stiching, shift boot with yellow stiching, gray wheels, hardtop, less sound dampping material, no spare, and "differnt silencer/muffler". It looks the same to me, that is why i am asking.

Thanks.

^^You had a booklet that stated all the differences and asked the question anyway??

Did you think the "Honda" booklet was lying?

Wow, there really are a lot of rumours here.

No, the CR is not geared any differently from a base model. The CR does have stiffer springs/shocks, bigger sway bars, an aero kit, rear chassis brace, quicker steering ratio, no soft top, different interior, and different muffler. The transmission and engine are the same as those of base model.

These two pages should answer your questions:

Please don't start rumours like "The CR has a V6 engine in there ..."

Oh yea, Im not 100% sure on this, Ill check later. But I was lookin at an S2000 exhaust off someone else's car and noticed they had too looping tubes on the mufflers.

Im not sure mine had that when I took mine off. But, maybe I just didnt notice it. Like I said, Ill check later.
