Does the S2000 give you an attitude?

Can I be honest for a second (makes me sound generally dishonest, but I'm not...it's just a figure of speech)? I find myself being totally different driving different cars...
The other day I get off of work and I'm walking to my car and I pass a late 80's Buick somethingorother and I pause...would I "walk" the same way to my car if I was walking to this Buick instead of my silver beauty? No, I wouldn't...I'm sure I put more in it (think John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever...haha). This gets me thinking (a dangerous proposition to be sure). I'm not a stuck-up person at all, just a genuine car-guy, but maybe I do give a little attitude when I'm in or even around the Stook (like standin' by her at the strip on Saturday night)...no, I'm sure I do [insert flame here]. I'm also sure I give the fellas drivin' other cars that "look" like "you wish you had this ride...dont' you" (cause' they do...haha, and besides...they've been givin' me that look for years), and I definitely give the ladies that "look" like..."waaazzzzuup" (I'm single), and I don't think I'd do that if I owned the affore mentioned Buick. This is perfectly natural of course, but I was never aware of it until recently. Am I the only one?

I do feel a bit more pride when I walk towards my S than I used to for my Park Avenue!!!!

When my S "gives me attitude," I tell the b*tch to take her top off & submit to me getting in her, otherwise daddy is gonna have to cover her and lock her up in the garage, unattended.
Let me preface my response by admitting that my wife and I bought our S2000 as an unabashed attempt to jointly hold our mid-life crisis in abeyance. She could have had an affair with a golf pro, but she hates golf. I could have bought a Harley Davidson, but I have a pathological fear of head trauma.
This car is my daily driver. Due to an unfortunate incident with an SUV, while my baby was parked in front of my house
, I have been driving a rental car for nearly two months
. I've had a Nissan Altima. It's not a bad car, but I felt nothing for it. It was strictly transportation. When I got my S2000 back this week, I felt that smile that goes through your entire body. I don't call it attitude, as much as soul. That little red beauty is my soul sister. Welcome home, baby girl. Your mama has missed you like crazy. I didn't even know how much until I had her back.

holy ****, how'd you even find this thread?!
Well I definitely feel proud of the car. I've noticed lately that every time I've washed and detailed the car, walking away from it (like parking it somewhere) I keep on looking back and admiring it. Even at school when I park in the morning it's like I'm just stuck looking at it.. as if it was some new or 'exotic' car. I know there are a lot more expensive cars at school but I definitely love my S. I sometimes have an attitude when I drive but am mostly humble about it. It's more of a sense of pride and happiness than anything else.

Yeah i agree, i deff get an attitude about my car, specialy at lights when people look over, i laugh to myself thinking "there is no way you can touch this" and pull off when it turns green. specialy at school, i look at some of the girls and i'm like if i pulled up next to you in it, you **** me in a second.
