yellow stands out WAY more than the silver
i prefer silver or white just because of the clean subtle look.

Here in Atl I dont get many head turns because everyone drives either a benz, bimmer, or porsche. When I'm in my hometown people just stare. I'll be sitting at a stop light and turn and look over and there's generally going to be at least two people bug-eyed, just staring and looking. Kinda weird.

I find my car doesn't attract very much attention at all. I have a shiny mint 01 berlina with an OEM hardtop and it rarely gets a second look. I also have almost never gotten a compliment from anyone on my car.

I'll agree with the top down in the summer it probably gets a bit more attention. But overall, i think the label of an s2000 being an attention grabbing car is overrated!

The car is atleast 8 years old now, 9 in some countries. By now it has been seen by most people on the road.

There are still lots of people who ask whether it's a new model....

I rate it at about 7. 2 being a taurus or trailblazer, 8 being a corvette conv, 9 being a porsche 911, and 10 being the Lambos/exotics.

I get a comment or two a week using it as a DD. The other guys must be pretty easy on the eyes if the ladies are walking thru traffic to comment on it. I haven't had any on the road comments As for yellow, I never would have picked one if I was buying new, but the used S2000 I bought is yellow. I like it better than any of the other colors now that I have had it awhile. The metalic yellow looks really sharp on the car.
Metallic yellow is very sharp. It could cut you.

depends on where i am. I have a GPW s2k so it doesn't stand out as much. I get a lot of attention in Houston, but not so much in Austin prolly due to the area that I live in in both cities. I don't stand out too much when there's like four other s2k's in the same apartment complex.
