Default Done Deal!: Spa Yellow This Month!

I will be picking up my car by the end of the month. I think the S2000 will be my most enjoyable car I've owned yet!. Color choices came down to Silver, Yellow, or Blue. When I looked at the Suzuka Blue in person although the exterior paint was stunning after I looked at the interior it kept reminding my of my pervert uncle sitting in his '73 Cadillac Deville with his pants down around his ankles!! Absolutely horrible!! (hey thats just my opinion my wife loved it) As for the Silver the 02 color has no depth whatsoever very much like the Arctic Silver on the Porsches. The previous Silvers were far more attractive and I may have considered it if available in the 02. As for the Spa Yellow it almost appears that this car was "made" for this color. The contrast between the Black interior and the Yellow exterior makes this color combination absolutely perfect! There are very few cars that look good in yellow (Mustang, Corvette, and Boxster) but the S2000 was made for it!! I will be having Armourfend paint protection installed the day after I pick up the car, VERY pricey at $1200.00 but I know the product and the installers and EVERYTHING is protected. Even the wheel wells, door handles door sills, and rear view mirrors are covered. K40 radar detector will be next on the hit parade.

Congrats. I couldn't agree more strongly with your color choice. Every time I look at mine I smile.

Enjoy

I was debating between the exact same colors. And I ended up picking yellow, for the same reason you did.

Your wife likes your uncle when he does that?

Sorry, couldn't help it.

Congrats! You picked the ideal color for this car. Black and yellow are stunning together. It doesn't hurt that I'm a rabid Stiller fan, either.
