I just had the TSB for driver's side window auto-down done this past Saturday, and now I notice that with the driver's side window rolled all the way up and the top up, there is interference between the two when I close the door.

The trailing edge of the door glass hits the convertible top. The door still closes, but the window glass does not seal to the weatherstripping. There is a 1/4" gap between the two.

I will be calling the dealer and setting up a time to have them look at this. Anyone else experience this?

 

There is an adjustment you can do on the window to properly seal. I've never done it myself, but I know that there is one. Take it to the dealer.
