Sometimes the passenger seat belt buckle will bang against the door and it sounds like the door is rattling.... Next time it happens reach over and grab the seat belt and see if it stops.

I had my Window Regulator replaced under a TSB. When I first got the car back it rattled.... I could hear the window bouncing around inside the door. Since I had to take it back for some other work, they adjusted it for me. I think they just needed to tighten one or two screws down within the door....
My guess is something has come loose in your door. Have you taken the door apart for anything perhaps upgrading the stereo? If so, take it back apart and check all the screws and bolts? If not you could still do this yourself as well, might save you an un-needed trip to the dealership? I personally hate leaving my car somewhere for work unless I absolutely have to.

After having some work done on my car, it rattled inside the drivers door on the end right next to the latch.
It turned out to be one of the long metal lines that is actuated by the handle/lock and is attached to the latch, it wasn't properly secured in the plastic guide that holds it in place. Just had to push it into the clip and no more rattle. Super simple.
