Check that. It's 364 out of 365 days of rain. I used to live there. The one day it doesn't rain is a special holiday where every Seattlelite gets to wash and wax their car. They have a parade of washed cars, then it's over to Starbuck's for a frappy. Finally they all get together in the Kingdome (when it was still there. I don't know where they go now) and have a group chant of "more Sun!" Pretty wild stuff.

OhioRacer,

I belong to an big inline skating club, and several of us have sports cars and 2-3 times a year take trips together. The Rt. 26 to Marietta trip, Hocking Hills and Bainbridge trips are on our agenda for this year. I am the only S2K in that group. I can let you know when we plan to do our next trip if you want to hook up with our menagerie. There is a group of S2K owners who have just formed a club, The Central Ohio S2K Club (listed on this board), that meets in Columbus, but I haven't had time to get involved with them. I PM'd you about my Ohio Trips file - couldn't get the S2KI email function to work for you.

Sure, let me know. Would love to catch up with your group if time permits.

Vince, you're making me wish that I had my S2000 out there on Highway 1. I love the area north of San Francisco on the coastal highway. Stinson Beach is wonderful and the roads are awesome. Then again, I remember having fun in the wine country and also around Lake Berryessa as well...Enjoy them for me also.

Bob, there's nothing like it anywhere, and we are spoiled over here. I have so many memories of Lake Berryessa, thanks for bringing that up. That reminds me that I gotta plan my first trip up there in my S.

There's not many places around the world, and I've been around, where I can cruise the cliffs of the Pacific, then it's a few hours of driving to Lake Tahoe for the mountains, and if I wanted to take a little longer ride, go check out Yosemite National Park...hey, this sounds like a advertisement for an S2000 "Surf N' Turf 3-day Group weekend!
