I was there, I know exactly what happened, and so do several others, but like I said, no street racing, and excessive speed did not take place.

Ruprecht ...how bout u give me that button and Ill use it for my nitrious activation switch...

Accidents happen indeed, but that does not mean you should change your life style. It sure puts a different perspective on things especially because they were my friends, but, its not going to be the last time an accident happens and people certainly are not going to slow down. I myself have been affected because of my situation and I have yet to really get on my daily driven S, but should I all of a sudden change my thirst for speed and competition or rather preach to others to change theirs? I like to think "no" ... shit happens and I wish it didnt, it sux, but so be it.

Condolences to all those here who knew them and to their families for the loss.

Maybe it was arrogant and careless for these guys to be "speeding" . Clearly they were.

But these kids paid the ultimate price.

To all those who showed disrespect to the lost ones, seriously look at the pictures. If you can look at those pictures and wonder what was going through their heads as it was all going wrong and still think they deserved it or whatever, maybe it should have been you in place of them.

Everyone makes mistakes, for some it costs so much more.

R.I.P guys

Well, if the speed limit was 45, and someone is doing 80, they are running close to double the limit.

What IS excessive speed? 3 times the limit?

let this all remind us of how serious racing and speeding in traffic is.
Prayers go out to the victims and their families

Experience? ha, we did more driving in our S2000s in one year then most of you do in the time you bought and will sell yours. So dont even talk about that buncha bull shit. Come to my car meet and say some of that shit ill knock you the **** out.
come on man... this sort of stuff is un called for. I know some here have shown disrespect, but there is no need for this. Two wrongs do NOT make a right. This is not algebra.

Obviously you are going to say that you weren't racing because if you were... you could possibly be in some serious legal trouble. Fact: according to you, that GPW WAS speeding and a tragedy occurred. Families of both lost have my condolences

and as for knocking someone out... Some people understand what it's like to loose a good friend through such a terrible tragedy, but don't try to be an internet tough guy, that will not get you far at all on s2ki

got a question for you though. After you saw this happen, did you stop or cruise off and head home pretending nothing happened?
