Drive top down without getting WET possible?
in hawaii is rains a lot i was driving top down and it started to rain lightly while i was on the freeway going about 55 and the rain didnt get inside but once i started to slow down the rain stopped but some rain got on my wind deflector a little.
when it's raining moderately hard, the rain doesn't come into the cabin anywhere EXCEPT when it gets pushed over the A pillar, onto the driver's side window, and up and into the cabin there. it lands on the door handle or on my left leg.
does no one else have this problem?? is there some sort of thin rubber strip you could put on the top edge of the window to prevent this from happening?

It only happened to me once, as I don't take this car out in the rain. I took a gamble that time and lost.
Anyway, it started POURING (the fat gobs of water kind of rain) and I was fine going ~50-55. I wasn't getting wet at all but maybe there were a few drops by the rear windblocker (didn't really check as that would be dangerous). What killed me was when I decided to use the wipers. That pushed a lot of water up the left side of the windshield, which wrapped around the frame and into the cabin. What also sucked was the wipers were never used before so they were a bit hard and just dragged across the windshield and streaked the water across, not making visibility any better.
I have to agree with some of the others on here that the most wet you'll get is when you stop to put the top up.

If it's pouring, you'll get wet. We were doing 65 and water was getting into the cabin a bit... some from wipers around the glass and some from the sky.
If it's just raining lightly, you won't get wet. We were doing ~70-75 (turnpike) and we were plenty dry.

I just did this on Thursday. If you keep your speed 60-65 with the windows up with wipers on you will not get wet. If you go faster than 65 the water creeps over the top of the side windows but not over the windshield. It was raining fairly hard at the time. The reactions of other drivers is very funny, lots of pointing and staring.

i always trip other people on the freeway out
