Does anybody know if DRT in Queens are good tuners when it comes to VAFC and Vortech SC

if not who would you recommend in the NY area.

Also in the fuse box there is a 3-prong connection, the only one with 3 prongs that I do not remember if there was a connection to there. I could've sworn I took the connector off but I can not find where it might be, (yeah one of those stupid ones)
