I am planning on installing the electronics today to complete my sc install.

I recall reading an old thread that indicated that the correct timing box has the vacuum line on one side and the wires on the opposite. Mine has both on one side which makes me question whether I have the correct box.

Can anyone shed some light on whether the line should be on the same side or on opposite sides. I do not want to proceed if I have the wrong box.

 

Mine has both the wiring and the vacuum lines on one side. The date on mine is June 13 2003, Program# 02S2KFinal 7-21-02
It's been working so far.
