All of these dynoes...whp and crank-horse power got me confused as hell. But to explain of what i was saying: Ok, the AP1 and AP2 cranked out @238hp and the whp for the AP1 & AP2 are range from 190-210 @ the wheel depend on which dyno...the dyno set up and off course the temperature. And so if you doing the caculation then it would be somewhere 15%-20% different from the crank to the whp. There's no real percisely # on the percentange but should be close. And so if you dynoed your car and have 217whp out of a 238hp motor(stock) then the dyno # reading may be a little too high. Unless you have an 06 or 07 with ecu reflash then 217whp is acceptable. Other than that i just don't see stock pulled 215-217@ the wheel. That just my .02 cents but i could be wrong
Now, to answere your question: Yes, if you having significantly more whp increase to your car than stock than your crank horse power will also increase.

I like the idea of a before and after dynapack for measuring the effectivenes of power mods, because it takes the rim/tire weight out of the equation.
