Dyno Results -- more questions!!
Hey folks!
I got my car dyno'd today -- a very strange/weird experience!
Ok, the results? My best run was 201.9 HP. But the weird part was getting to this result. I should start by saying it took a total of SIX runs to get to this number...that's the strange part: with every run, I kept getting more and more and more horses!!!
My first result was 196, then 197, 198, 199, 200, 201.9. I ran it one more time and it got 201 again so I stopped.
Question: does anyone know why this would be the case? This is leading me to believe that even dyno's are fallible and very inconsistent...also, should i be "worried" about dynoing at 4th this many times? I did wait/let the car rest between runs and it was a very crisp/cool Vancouver day....I hope Honda built a car that can take this kind of 'testing'...
Any input would be greatly appreciated! Also, I don't have a 'baseline' number without mods (yes, very stupid of me), so can anyone post some baseline stock numbers? I'm seeing a whole whack of numbers from 188 to 212(?) I find it hard to believe that our cars can swing this much!!
Thanks in advance for any info guys!!
