It appears in the Annual issue of R&T 2001 Sports & GT cars. They have a test of what appears to be a European model, which is only 7HP up on the USA model, so...

0-60 5.5 4.7
0-100 ~14.2 11.9 (mag has typo)

I'd get an M roadster if I didn't have to wait till the friggin summer to get one! Does anyone know where I can get one like, ASAPly around VA?

Where are the lateral numbers. One thing I did to compare numbers with my boss was to pull down numbers for his M5 V.s the S2000. I jumped on Motor Trend. While the M5 stomps the S2000 in a quarter (13.2) look at these fugures:

60 to 0 braking

S2000: 110 feet
M5: 117 feet

Lateral G'
S2000: .95
M5 : .87

Slolum Speed (mph)
S2000: 71.? MPH
M5 : 65 MPH


It would appear the S2000 while spanked on the drag strip spanks on the slalom by quite a few car lengths. I
