I bought a 02 ecu and would like to put it in my 00.
do i need to reprogram the ecu to make the key work?
anti-theft?

no, you reprogram the ECU. Try a search, I know the method has been posted before. You may also want to try the FAQ section. It's a simple sequence, but a pain to remember. You do something like turn the ignition on, press the keyfob, turn the car off, repeat 3 times, it's programmed...something like that.

 

I thought Honda has to reprogram it...
