Any local performance shop. Ask your friends that have modded cars if they know of a local shop.

 

There are three ECU re-tuning options:
1) Plug and play aftermarket ECU, e.g. Mugen, Spoon.
2) Fully programmable aftermarket ECU, e.g. AEM, Hondata (not yet released).
3) Piggyback ECU, e.g. V-AFC (tuning options limited).
