Move your side view mirrors so that they are positioned all the way up. Get out of your car, and start prying from the bottom of the mirror. It requires a bit of force, but the whole thing just pops out.

To remove the old mirrors, you will have to either blowdry or boil the mirrors in the plastic housing. I boiled mine for about 5 minutes using pliers. When you take them out, careful not to grasp them too hard with pliers otherwise the plastic will mold a bit.

Now that the glue is heated, you can remove the old mirrors from the black plastic housing. Be careful here not to cut yourself. Once you have them out put on the Spoon mirrors. I used a bit of tape and also some of the glue that was still on their from the original mirrors.

To put the mirrors back on, I think you align it from the top side first, then the rest will snap on.

Good luck! For reference, there is a video of this same install in the itg convex mirror sale thread somewhere.

I had a hell of a time removing the OEM black plastic housing from the OEM mirror. I read all the thread pertaining to this topic: search "spoon mirror installation." I found this one rather helpful. https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...ic=271229&st=0
Although it's for the ITG mirror, it's supposed to be the same as the Spoon. I know there's a lot of pages to go through for the tips. The most helpful tip I got was boiling the housing with the mirror in water for 5 min. Becareful, as it'll be very hot.
