Default Engine Differences

Can anyone detail what are the major differences between the F20C 2.0L Engine, and the F22C 2.2L Engine? (Other than just displacement)

Most 2.2s don't seem to use any oil like the 2.0. Maybe they put in different rings or changed the make up of the liners?

So, the F20C's are driven by cranks and the F22C's by rods?

Yeah, that's it.

Seriously, They both have a crank and rods but the F22C has a crank with a longer throw and shorter rods.

i think best way to sum it up is F22C makes the same amount of power but just 500-1000 RPM earlier than the F20.....similar peak power characteristics though (VTEC)

The cams have slightly different profiles as well.

I can't think of any other differences, though. Same block, same intake manifold, same oilpan... I don't think the pistons were changed either.
