Check with your dealer - mine sold me and installed the supercharger, flywheel, clutch and header when I picked the car up. No warranty issues with them. If I fry the clutch, it's my own fault, granted, but if I start getting some random CEL, they'd take care of it...

Well, Munckee and RazorV3 said it best in here

Hopefully that will help explain it. Also, you can comptech SC it and not void the warenty, depending on the dealership.

i believe the warranty works like this...
if the dealership can trace the cause of the problem to the mods meaning they have to prove it without no buts or ifs then they have the right to void the warranty.
i believe nitrous is out of the question obviously.

Actually, the letter of the law (Magnuson-Moss warranty act) states that use of an aftermarket part must be proven to be a contributing factor to the failure to deny warranty coverage unless the part is one that would be replaced for free under terms of the warranty.

This means, for example, that Honda can't void your warranty for not using a Honda oil filter.

However, they could do so if you replaced your ECU since the ECU would be replaced free under warranty.

Note also that the warranty would only be voided for a particular subsystem; chipping your car might void your engine warranty but it won't affect the warranty if say your storage compartment lid breaks.

Different dealers also cover things differently; dealers that install mods like superchargers and such may cover such mods if they installed them, but odds are a different Honda dealer would just laugh...
