OP hasn't been on in 4 days so I doubt he's still reading this, but here I go:

For general purpose, the F22C is the better choice. The larger displacement offers an earlier powerband and a flatter torque line. The F22C is also considered to have a more robust valvetrain than the F20C.

The only time an F20C might be a better choice is if you're planning on going very high HP on a stock engine. The lower rod length and higher redline helps keep the car in the same gear longer, and therefore also in the boost plot.
