Engine swap
sure with enough money anything is possible....you would just have to make it front wheel drive with 6 reverse gears or find a tranny that bolts up to the motor to make it a front engine rear wheel drive car. Possible-yes Practical-no
*edit* not tomention the engine is probably have to widen the entire car to make room for the engine, make a way to mount the engine, etc, etc

Back in the 60's, they shoehorned a Mopar 426 Hemi into a VW Beetle. It was stupid and outrageous idea then and it would be a stupid and outrageous idea now. With money and time, you can do almost anything. How much money you got and how bad do you want to do it? Money seems to pre-empt stupid.
the V6 from the NSX also spins counterclockwise.
even if you could mount the NSX motor into the S2000 you would have 6 reverse gears and one forward gear.
Doing said NSX swap would require a whole new tranny and differential to handle a counterclockwise-spinning engine. Or you could be really ghetto and try to find a way to flip the differential upside down.
