Sorry to hear this. I just had custom body work done on my car, and i go in for an alignment this Saturday O.O! Since I can actually do an alignment myself with the equipment, I will be inside the Honda dealership watching, and asking questions (:

 

When I need maintenance work done on my car, I make sure I clear up almost the entire day for it just to be sure that the employees know I'm in the vicinity. Even at Honda dealerships, I sit close by, watching intentively as they work on my car.
I'm sorry that you had to experience this. I don't trust anyone with my car, and I'm sure you feel the same way.
My approach might seem time consuming, but I sleep easier knowing that I missed maybe a few hours of relaxation just to ensure my vehicle is not damaged.

 

This is crazy, because think about it i love my 01 to death but it's not a ferrari even though i treat it better then a ferrari, i am so scared to go anywhere dealership wise, so that's why i change the oil myself , and nobody drives it unless it's billman!. But if i do something like a alignment i have to be there present.

 

Honestly what is it about the s2k, that makes us uncomfortable with someone else driving the car, and how is it every time someone takes it for a test drive they CRASH, it's just a 240hp crazy honda but it's not so bad.

 

why would they test drive a car for alignment? i took it to sears and the electric thing calculated every angle and stuff before and after.

 

There is absolutely no reason for him 2 test drive it like no reason at all.

 

I felt so crappy this morning, I have struggled to drag myself out of bed. Which sounds very 'poor me', but like you guys said, I loved that car so much. Was my absolute pride and joy.

It really is a unique car. Without being a Ferrari, you still have people look at it in admiration.

The other day I was crusing past a park, where a load of teenagers shouted putting their thumbs up....like I was driving a Ferrari.

Anyway, waiting for the garage to ring me back and send me a courtesy car (bet it'll be sucy compared) and they are going to confirm whether its a write off today.

Guess realistically I had better start searching for a replacement. I bought mine from a nice guy off of here because I wanted one that had been looked after. And now I've had an S2000 I couldn't drive any other

 

As long as they pay for you to get a fresh s2k, then you should be thankful, they could of been assho*** and deny and everything bla bla giving you a hard time. Btw my car was in the shop for 2 weeks, and the rental they gave me was a Kia soul, basically kills your soul lmao, and every time i drive a car other then a S2K all i do is moan and complain on how bad it is.
