Default Everyday Alignment?

My S is my daily driver so I am guessing I don't want an agressive alignment. Although I do like to drive in a "sprited" manner. I will probably do 5-10 autoX/track events a year. So if I just take my car to somewhere like NTB or Sears will whatever alignment they give me do or should I go somewhere special and/or ask for it to be alignment to a certain spec?

I did a search and found out lots of stuff about aggressive alignments but nothing relating to my question.

If you don't specify how you want your car alligned I think "they" are going to hook your car on the machine and see if it is within spec.
The Honda spec should turn up at the computer screen.
If it is within spec they will do nothing.
(or just undo and tighten a nut to make you think they did something for the $$)
And you get a print out to show you how the allignment is.
(with a before - after)
So you have a record.

Then you go for a drive to decide for yourself if you are happy with it.

It may eat more tires, but the feel of the car improves.
So even for a DD thats in my book.
IMO it didn't change the comfort.
(I didn't notice it)

The UK alignment is what you need, try saving the imagine and zooming in or printing it for a better view.

So can I just take this spec anywhere and ask for them to align based on those values?

IF they know what they are doing => yes.
You could always ask before giving "the order"
If they start looking troubled, walk away.
If they start looking like "this guy knows what he wants and we know how to do it"
