I like the look of a single because of it's simplicity and light weight, I want an exhaust that sounds good, but also serve me some purpose for the amount of money being dumped into it
though on the other hand, the endless great scores, pics, clips, and accolade given for the Invidia is getting to me.
it's hard not to believe the quality of a product when over 95% of people who have come across it say it's great
i'm still deciding

If you are in Memphis I seriously suggest you hook-up with the Music City S2k group and listen to an Invidia from inside the cabin at several speeds. Form your own opinon before relying on ours. BTW, looks like they are having a mod/wash/BBQ day on May 27...Memorial Day weekend. You might see if anyone attending has an Invidia.
Personally, I think the accolades and endless great scores are because it has been the exhaust that most people can afford for a very long time. When it came out (and I bought one with the 1st group-buy 4 years ago), the only alternatives were either extremely expensive (Mugen) or extremely loud (variety of singles...all poorly acoustically engineered...drove a car with the old 7lb Ti Veilside...the drone was so bad I physically became nauseous). Compared to other affordable alternatives back in the day, it was a great exhaust.
Now, there are other affordable alternatives. All I can say is that after owning both the Invidia and the T1R 63mm, in my opinion, the T1R is much more livable for a daily driver. YMMV.
