Default exhaust tips MUBLE JUMBLE

i got the exhaust tips for the o1 s2k and as you know its screw on but the freaking top of the screw got scrapped off some how and now i cant put the tips on my car cant i go to a shop for that..? if so where..? i live in houston

basically how do i get a screw out of a whole if the top part of the screw is ripped off.>?
